It is my goal to inspire my fellowman and to help uplift your Spirit through poetry ! We are all on the journey to glorify God and let His will be done in our lives. Nothing is more important in our life than our relationship with God!

I am a proud African American woman living in the Chicagoland area.
I'm the mother to two wonderful children. I am a professional working in the medical field. I like to help people live more independent productive lives. I write poetry for enjoyment. I also enjoy a multitude of other on-the-go activities (tennis, art festivals, jazz festivals, church activities, cooking, reading ,dancing and much much more;-)
I am a cancer survivor for the past 12 years! :-)
I like to offer my life as a message that God is still in the healing business. No test...no testamony. If you did not have a problem, you would not know that God could solve them. The battle is not yours, it's the Lords! We all have challenges in life that we must face. These challenges don't come to defeat us but to make us stronger. All of the "really bad" times in my life have actually offered the greatest blessings and the biggest lessons learned. Always know that the Spirit of God dwells within us. It is our true source of Power.
