1. GIVE DEVOTION TO GOD/SPIRIT DAILY


It is important to meditate or pray daily to keep ourselves in-tune with God. Take some time to be silent at the throne of your soul and allow God to speak to you (inspiration). Read your Bible and other positive writings.

CHRIST IN YOU YOUR HOPE OF GLORY! HE THAT IS WITHIN ME IS GREATER THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD!


2. GIVE SOMETHING DAILY


Everyday try to do something for someone else. Giving feels good. You operate from a prospective of love and abundance when you give.
Your gift can be great or small...i.e. a word of encourgement, a tangable item, a note of support to a friend, reading to a child etc...



3. KEEP A GRATITUDE JOURNAL


Everyday write down ten things that you can thank God for i.e.. Thank God...It's warm outside, for a parking space, for food when you were hungry, for good health etc... You will see just how abundantly blessed you really are. Remember...there is always someone else who would love to be in your shoes!
The simple things in life are best.HINT: Let the first spot be reserved for what you GAVE that day!


An optimist counts his blessings...a pesimist thinks his blessings don't count!


4. LESSONS! LESSONS! LESSONS!


We all have had our share of hard times, disappointments and broken hearts. These things don't come to defeat us but to strengthen our fortitude. "If it does'nt kill you it only makes you stronger"! What lesson can you learn from that experience? How can you do better next time? Some of the most horrific events in my life ironically brought me the greatest blessings.
SO...STOP STRESS'N! THERE IS A LESSON AND A BLESSING!
